Postcard from Singapore

Some of the sights from a day's stay at Singapore. Most of them from Changi Airport. I must say that though I had to unwillingly spend a day before moving on to India, I never got bored. There's enough to do for a whole day like take the trip into Singapore, ride along the Singapore river, catch a movie at the airport or probably take a ride into town to enjoy the whole variety of cuisines.
As I was moving around the city I got the impression that people were either shopping to eating :).... there are so many eataries and restaurants of all shapes and sizes.

On my way to meet a dear friend..sitting by the window on the flight...took my eyes of the book (Einstein:His Life and Universe) to look down at the Grand Canyon.... while sipping on some coffee, listening to the ipod (thank God for Apple) belting out a r rahman numbers, listening to them on my Bose noise cancellation headphones (If I was famous, I would gladly endorse this product ....for free!!..the noise cancellation and is just amazing)
